The Ajna, or third eye chakra, is the origin of your dreams, your own internal vision and instinct, your spiritual leadership and intellect. Life lessons learned through this chakra include fact checks, releasing negative thought patterns, detachment, open mindedness, comprehension, self awareness, and trusting your own intuition and psychic skills.

The Brow Chakra colors include shades of indigo and deep colors of blue. Indigo and blue diamonds and diamonds like sugalite, sodalite, lapis lazuli, purple flourite and azurite are all helpful for balancing the Ajna, also may be worn as jewelry, particularly earring and headbands.
